To celebrate the one year anniversary of their critically-acclaimed debut album SEXY, Coco & Clair Clair return to announce SEXY (Deluxe Edition) due November 10th. The pair shares the first offering from the forthcoming project with a remix of “The Hills (feat. DEELA)” from George Daniel of the 1975. The new rendition of the track infuses a drum and bass beat while highlighting Coco & Clair’s distinctive playful sound. The deluxe album will also include remixes from Empress Of, Lewis OfMan, Homeshake, Chaeyoung of the Kpop group Twice, Clip, Niko B and more.

Coco & Clair share about how the rework of the “The Hills (feat. DEELA)” came together noting, “George Daniel followed us on Instagram out of the blue and sent us a message about liking our album SEXY which was so nice, not a lot of artists do that. When it came time to brainstorm people to collaborate with on the remixes, he immediately came to mind. It felt like a no-brainer. His remix of “The Hills” is incredible, so dancey and club-y which is exactly what we were hoping for. It’s giving party in Ibiza…it’s giving Love Island (UK)…”

SEXY, Coco & Clair Clair’s 13-track debut album, is their most mature project to date with NPR describing their music as “gorgeous” and Pitchfork proclaiming as, “leagues above everyone around them.” The album includes singles “Love Me,” which arrived with visuals directed by Germany’s Nizan Kasper, and “Cherub,” which featured a video edited by Dani Aphrodite. SEXY also includes previous singles “TBTF” and “Pop Star,” the later of which originally dropped in December 2020 and ushered in a fleet of Coco & Clair Clair fans.
