Amira Elfeky has shared her eagerly awaited debut EP, Skin to Skin, available now via Anemoia Records/Atlantic Records – LISTEN HERE. The explosive eight-track collection is highlighted by the stirring new singles “Secrets,” “Skin to Skin” and “Save Yourself.”
“Skin to Skin is a manifestation of my most cherished dreams and desires,” says Elfeky. “Each lyric I’ve written is a precious gem, reflecting the essence of my soul and the journey that has brought me to this moment.”
Skin to Skin further includes such incendiary tracks as “Everything I Do Is For You,” “A Dozen Roses,” and her acclaimed major label debut single, “Coming Down,” the latter two joined by visually striking official music videos is streaming now at YouTube HERE.
“Coming Down” was met by immediate applause from such high-profile outlets as NYLON Billboard, and Ones To Watch, which declared the explosive track to be “a moody collection of dark, lurking guitar riffs that break through the surface as surging, cascading instrumentation explodes around the rising star. Hailed by Revolver for a “sensual sound one part Deftones’ gauzy alt-metal and one part Evanescence’s soaring goth-rock,” Elfeky marked the impending arrival of Skin To Skin earlier this month with a momentous live headline debut performance at Los Angeles, CA’s Moroccan Lounge, to be followed by a much-anticipated series of West Coast headline shows set for Berkeley, CA’s Cornerstone Berkeley (May 10), San Diego, CA’s House of Blues – Voodoo Room (May 11), and Phoenix, AZ’s Valley Bar (May 12). From there, Elfeky will embark on a major North American tour alongside The Used and special guests Story of the Year, getting underway June 20 at Gary, IN’s Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana and then making stops through mid-July.

Fueled by an unyielding passion for heavy rock, Amira Elfeky draws inspiration from the fervor of nu-metal and the evocative soundscapes of the 2000s. Elfeky’s relationship with Anemoia Records began almost two years ago, when she and masterer/mixer Tylor Bondar (Breland, Sueco) started working on music in imprint founder Ian Hunter’s Los Angeles home. She honed in on her sound with relentless effort, finally unveiling “Tonight (Demo)“ in July 2023. Rich with indelible intensity and raw authenticity, the youji2k-produced track – which demonstrates Elfeky’s burgeoning prowess as she navigates the complex terrain of mental health struggles and codependency within relationships – proved an immediate sensation, earning more than 3M streams to date. In addition, Elfeky recently shared her arresting cover of System of a Down’s classic “Lonely Day,” streaming now exclusively via Spotify Singles HERE.
