UNCSS’s Bio
UNCSS is a rising Afro-fusion artist hailing from Deptford, South East London. His musical journey began back in primary school, where he played the Congo drums before assembly. A few years down the line, he ignited his passion for rap, performing in the playground during lunch breaks.
UNCSS’s early life was marked by challenges on the streets, leading to a pivotal moment in Year 8 when he was sent to Nigeria for his safety. In Ibadan, he met Olumide Olunloyo, who inspired him to pursue music. They created beats and freestyles on the school bus, and UNCSS recorded his first single, “International Baby,” under the alias African Boy Sikes.
Upon returning to the UK, he debuted at Naija Party in The Park Festival, setting the stage for his musical career. Despite stepping away to manage and promote other artists, the lockdown reignited his passion for music. Post-lockdown, he fully embraced live performances, gaining a reputation for his dynamic stage presence.
Today, UNCSS is celebrated as an electrifying Afro-fusion artist, blending rich musical influences with an engaging live show. His journey reflects resilience and creativity, making him one of the most promising performers of his generation.
