SCOOPE creates and distributes digital culture: editorials, playlists, creative drops and limited releases. Our products are delivered instantly and are not physical goods. This policy explains how returns and refunds work within EU consumer law, tailored to our digital format.
1. Digital Products
Most SCOOPE products are delivered digitally (editorials, downloads, playlists, creative content). Because digital content is available immediately after purchase, refunds are only possible if the content has not yet been accessed or downloaded.
Once the download link or digital content has been opened, the right of withdrawal expires under EU law.
If something doesn’t work as expected, contact us — we’ll always look for a fair solution.
2. Pre‑Orders & Early Access
For pre‑order digital releases:
- You may request a refund any time before the content is delivered.
- Once the content is released and accessible, the digital‑product rules above apply.
3. Limited Merch (if applicable)
If SCOOPE releases physical items (limited runs, collaborations, printed matter), the following applies:
- You may return the item within 14 days of receiving it.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We do not accept returns of:
- digital items,
- items purchased on sale,
- custom or made‑to‑order items.
4. Refunds
Once your refund is approved:
- Digital refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Physical item refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for digital products. For physical items, exchanges are only possible if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
