Brunch Electronik Festival closes its third edition with over 65,000 attendees and
establishes itself as the major summer event in Barcelona.
Brunch Electronik Festival wrapped up its third edition this Sunday with record-breaking numbers and an enhanced experience that solidifies it as one of the most important music events of the summer in Barcelona. Over four days, more than 65,000 people attended its stages to enjoy more than 90 artists and a unique cultural and social proposal in the city.
The festival, which took place from August 7 to 10 in iconic venues such as Parc del Fòrum and Poble Espanyol, exceeded all expectations thanks to a carefully curated lineup and a production that elevated the audience experience to a new level.
Memorable moments on stage
The 2025 edition opened with a concert by Maribou State and closed with Folamour, two special nights held at Poble Espanyol that framed the beginning and end of the festival. Among the most acclaimed sets this year were Marlon Hoffstadt’s live set, Klangkuenstler’s praised Outworld show, and the hypnotic performance by Róisín Murphy. DJ Gigola amazed the crowd with her set at the iconic 360º techno stage, Iconik, while other artists such as Chris Stussy, Chloé Caillet, Marco Carola, Patrick Mason, Anetha, and Loco Dice delivered unforgettable moments.
In its second edition, the Open Stage by Von Dutch Loves established itself as one of the festival’s most celebrated areas. This stage gave voice to 21 emerging DJs selected through an open call, giving them the opportunity to perform live in front of thousands. A proposal that reinforces Brunch Electronik’s commitment to local talent, diversity, and community spirit.
New stages and an enhanced experience
The festival included many improvements compared to previous editions. These included the strategic relocation of all stages to optimize comfort and crowd flow, expanded shaded areas, and new cold water stations with cooling systems that significantly improved the overall experience. The Groovik stage was widened to create a larger dancefloor, and the brunchiest stage, Harmonik, was redesigned in a new location for a more comfortable experience.
Social commitment and sustainability
Brunch Electronik Festival reinforces its commitment to a responsible and conscious leisure model. Through the B!HUB space, key initiatives in sustainability and social responsibility were strengthened: reusable cups, recycling points, conscious consumption, and more efficient and eco-friendly production. Inclusive stands remained active, including the Punto Lila, the LGTBIQ+ stand, the Music For All space for people with functional diversity, and the Safe Party stand with professional psychological support, ensuring safe spaces for all attendees.
Official afterparties: an extended experience
For four nights, Brunch Electronik hosted official afterparties with top-tier programming in some of the city’s most iconic clubs. INPUT, La Terrrazza, and Sala Upload welcomed a spectacular lineup from Thursday to Sunday, with sessions that lasted into the early hours. On Friday and Saturday, direct shuttles from Parc del Fòrum to Poble Espanyol ensured seamless access to a full night experience.
More than music
The 2025 edition also featured innovative proposals such as the second edition of Warm-Up Electronik, which combined sports and music. 1,000 attendees trained with Nike Trainer Mireia Borrás to music curated by artist Niz.
With flawless production, a world-class artistic lineup, and strong social commitment, Brunch Electronik Festival reaffirms its position as a cultural and musical reference in Barcelona’s summer and the international electronic festival scene. Additionally, with Repsol as its energy partner, the event reduced its environmental impact by using 100% renewable fuel in its generators.
