Marking the return of one of UK club culture’s most iconic mix series, a defining moment in Pola & Bryson’s rise to the top tier of modern drum & bass

Rising D&B duo Pola & Bryson launch FABRICLIVE presents, a brand new mix and compilation series paying homage to the iconic FABRICLIVE series, which ran from 2001 to 2018 and became a defining platform for bass music culture in the UK.

The compilation FABRICLIVE presents Pola & Bryson opens with ‘Worlds Apart’ ft. Emily Makis, the duo’s exclusive new single, and the much-awaited follow-up collaboration since 2023’s ‘Phoneline’. More new music comes from Etherwood & Hugh Hardie, Xeonz, Charli Brix and Molecular, not forgetting a jam-packed mix featuring heavyweight names in D&B such as Camo & Krooked, Mefjus and Breakage, alongside newcomers like IYAMAH, Monrroe, and Thread

Available digitally or physically as a double vinyl LP and digipack CD, the release offers a seamless journey through the duo’s musical world, balancing euphoric vocal-led rollers with heavyweight club weapons. Built with DJs, fans and collectors in mind, the vinyl edition features eight carefully selected tracks for home or club use, while the extended mix on CD and digital showcases 29 more cuts blended by the duo themselves.

“We’ve always been inspired by how many flavours and offshoots drum & bass has evolved into. Every time we mix, we naturally gravitate toward that variety, blending contrasting styles in a way that still feels cohesive,” explain Pola & Bryson on the release.

“This mix reflects some of the sounds we’re especially drawn to, just one take among many in a genre that never stops evolving. It was a real joy to put together.

“Big love to the fabric crew for the opportunity. It means a lot.”

FABRICLIVE presents is the evolution of fabric’s legendary FABRICLIVE series, which helped define UK club culture with iconic mixes from pioneers like Andy C, Marcus Intalex, LTJ Bukem, Goldie and Calibre. Known for capturing the raw energy of Friday nights at fabric, the series ran for nearly two decades and became essential listening for bass music fans. This edition marks not only a return of one of UK club culture’s most iconic mix series but also a defining moment in Pola & Bryson’s rise to the top tier of modern drum & bass.

For 25 years, fabric in London has stood as a cornerstone of the UK’s drum and bass movement, a place where the genre has not only thrived but evolved.
