More about CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso:

CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso are the most original and groundbreaking duo to emerge from Argentina’s music scene in the past decade. Friends since childhood, they first met in primary school, bonding over a shared love of music—one played guitar, the other violin. In 2011, they formed Astor, a progressive rock band, and by 2019 they debuted as a duo, blending trap, hip hop, and pop with a fresh, unpredictable twist. Their early hits like “OUKE” and “JALA JALA” positioned them as bold voices of a new generation.

In 2024, they released BAÑO MARÍA, their first full-length album together, and made waves with their Tiny Desk Concert for NPR, showcasing a more organic and musically sophisticated side. A couple of months later they released PAPOTA, a conceptual EP accompanied by a short film and displayed a continuous evolution of their sonic identity.

Earlier this year, the duo embarked on the PAPOTA Tour 2025—their most ambitious yet—they played more than 60 dates across four continents including performances at iconic festivals like Coachella, Lollapalooza, Glastonbury, Roskilde, and Fuji Rock, as well as a U.S. television debut on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. At Coachella earlier this year, they delivered one of the festival’s standout performances, as well as joining Gustavo Dudamel and the LA Philharmonic on-stage—one of the festival’s most talked-about moments.

Their work has been praised by global outlets including a Rolling Stone en Espanol ‘Future of Music’ cover and coverage from Rolling Stone US, Billboard, Variety, ELLE, Los Angeles Times, Genius, and the Recording Academy. They’ve also made waves in fashion, launching their own collection in collaboration with Bershka, and taking part in both the Spring/Summer 2025 Paris Fashion Week with Yves Saint Laurent and the Fall/Winter 2025 Haute Couture show with Jean Paul Gaultier.

Most recently, CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso supported Kendrick Lamar on his Grand National Latin American tour which included stops in Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina and Chile.
