On Friday 21 November 2025, at Lower Third, London, SUPERORGANIC will celebrate three years of groundbreaking sonic exploration with the release of a short film and the live sharing of their debut project, Spirit Level EP, as part of the EFG London Jazz Festival.
SUPERORGANIC is a culture lab where hip hop, spoken word and jazz meet high vibration. The outcome? An audio experience where boom-bap collides with boundary-blurring sounds, conscious lyricism, jazz textures and soul-deep grooves.
Curator, producer and host Fusion – the visionary who sparked it all, stands as a pioneering figure whose career bridges pirate radio, MTV Base, underground hip hop and cultural storytelling. As the founder of SUPERORGANIC, Fusion has built a spirited community of musicians, MCs and poets alongside partner DJ Porge, setting the stage for a movement rooted in sonic exploration and cultural exchange. His legacy runs deep: from breaking stories on Dr. Dre, Lauryn Hill and Nas during his days as a music journalist, to producing underground UK classics with artists like Estelle, Fallacy and Durtty Doogz, Fusion’s influence is woven into the DNA of British hip hop culture. Through SUPERORGANIC, he continues to craft spaces where music and message collide, taking audiences on musical odysseys through new compositions, spontaneous improv and free-flowing verse.
The Spirit Level EP emerged from a creative retreat in the Norfolk countryside – a space designed for artists to step away from the everyday, recalibrate, connect, and create in an atmosphere of total freedom.
Fusion on the SUPERORGANIC Spirit Level EP:
“The genesis of the EP came from our SUPERORGANIC retreat in Norfolk. We wanted to give artists the space to recalibrate, connect and create without limits. We’re thrilled to share the results of this collaboration for the first time at the EFG London Jazz Festival, marking what promises to be a very special 3rd anniversary show.”
The collective will premiere ‘Spirit Level’’ a project spearheaded by Fusion that weaves together the spontaneous magic of basement ciphers with the collaborative spirit of jam sessions, creating a sonic manifesto that heals, reveals and inspires change. Marking three years of sonic exploration, SUPERORGANIC returns to the EFG London Jazz Festival with a live EP experience at Lower Third. Details below:
